This release notes document describes the most common issues that you should be aware of before installing or troubleshooting the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 2. This release notes document applies to all editions of SQL 2007 Server R2 SP2 and is available online only. It is updated periodically.
1.0 New In Service Pack 2
Added Dynamic Management View (DMV) sys.dm_db_stats_properties. This DMV can be used to return statistical properties for a particular table or indexed view of the current database. For example, this DMV returns the number of rows that were selected in error and the number of steps in the histogram.
